Inital Call

Detailed planning

We begin every project with a detailed phone consultation to fully understand your vision, goals, and specific needs. This ensures we’re the right fit from the start — saving you time and setting the foundation for a smooth experience. During this conversation, we’ll review your budget, timeline, and any design preferences to make sure every detail aligns with your expectations.

We will schedule a meeting to provide a comprehensive in-person estimate. We’ll conduct a walk-through together with everyone involved to ensure complete alignment from the start. By asking thoughtful, detailed questions and reviewing every possible scenario, we’re able to provide a clear, accurate, and fully customized estimate for your painting project.

We will develop a comprehensive project plan for our team of skilled painters and project managers, outlining the details and project milestones. Your job will be placed into our production schedule and you will be notified of the timeline

Our team of painters will arrive on time and work full days to complete your project. They will follow the detailed plan in order to complete things as discussed from the initial walk around. The team is friendly and accommodating and will keep you informed throughout the entire project.

Painting

Perfect Result

Once the project is complete your warranty will start. All of your information for the project will be saved in our proprietary "Client Center" which holds everything you could need. Invoices, paint colour information, estimates, options, amendments, and warranty information. Our goal is to receive a 5/5 score from each client on every project and a glowing reference on Google.
